2. Use the Service in good faith
Use ATENEA to assess, plan and document real or test shipments for your business or your clients. Keep the information you enter accurate to the best of your knowledge, especially in sealed records that others will rely on.
3. You must not
- Attempt to access accounts, analyses or records that are not yours, or probe, scan or test the Service's security without our written permission.
- Disrupt or overload the Service, including through bots, scrapers or bulk automated requests, except through an API we provide and within its limits.
- Copy, extract or resell the models, catalogues, climate data or results in bulk, or use them to build a competing service.
- Resell, sublicense or share accounts outside your organisation without an agreement with us.
- Upload malware, unlawful content, or personal data of other people without a lawful basis.
- Create or alter records to mislead insurers, surveyors, buyers or authorities, or present estimates as measured facts.
- Use the Service in breach of applicable law, including sanctions and export controls.
4. Fair use
Plans described as "unlimited" are intended for the normal needs of one organisation. If use is far above typical levels or affects other users, we will contact you to agree a suitable plan before limiting access.
5. Enforcement
We may warn, limit, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and remove content where necessary. Where possible we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the issue.
