How does the free trial work?
Starter, Pro and Business can be tried free for 14 days with all their features. No payment details are needed to start.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before the next billing period and you keep access until the current one ends. Your analyses stay readable on the Free plan.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for 10 months and get 12: two months free. Prices show the monthly equivalent and the yearly total.
What counts as an analysis?
Each run of a shipment (route, cargo, container and loading date) counts as one analysis, including a run after changing answers. Opening a saved result or downloading a record does not count.
Are public record links free?
Yes. Anyone you share a verification link with can check the record without an account or a plan.
What happens to my data?
Analyses and records are stored on our own server. Each has a hard-to-guess link that only people you share it with can open. We do not sell data and use no advertising or third-party trackers. Read the Privacy Policy.
